CoFrame is a visual training and programming interface that encodes an expert model into four actionable lenses: Safety Concerns, Program Quality, Robot Performance, Business Objectives. It combines a blockly-like editor, simulator, and info panel to surface 20+ concrete issue types (end‑effector poses, collisions, missing blocks, reachability, payload) with visual warnings and suggested fixes. A knife-assembly scenario elicits safety and workflow issues and a creative fix (plastic sheath). The system is built but not yet evaluated; a two-phase expert-then-novice study is planned.
