A pair of canal earbuds with an embedded Bosch BMP280 barometer measures ear‑canal air pressure changes caused by jaw, face and head movement; a random forest classifier maps one‑second 32‑sample windows to 11 gestures and four open‑mouth levels and achieves about 87.6% per‑user accuracy for 11 movements and 87.5% for four openness levels. Hardware works but requires airtight fit so small/large canals and noisy motion/environmental pressure changes reduce reliability.
