Extending EFI support in Linux to new architectures

Goal is a generic EFI boot path that avoids x86-specific hacks like shim/grub workarounds and mixed‑mode tricks. Implemented an EFI handover protocol so bootloaders (U-Boot, OVMF) provide initrd and cmdline via a firmware protocol instead of memory clobbering; grub patches are queued. Built an EFI decompressor that reduces per-arch glue to about five lines and already supports arm64, RISC‑V and LoongArch. The shim problem (secureboot hooks) remains unsolved end-to-end.
