Builds a real Java operator: uses Quarkus + fabric8 Kubernetes client and a Quarkus Maven archetype to produce an operator (open source as instana-agent-operator). Demonstrates JVM-mode image (native compile takes ~five minutes), adds NSS to the slim Docker image for TLS, runs on a kind local cluster with RBAC, lists pods, prints names and resourceVersion, watches add/edit/modified events and deliberately exits on watch exception so Kubernetes restarts the operator.
