A browser art gallery is implemented with A-Frame + AR.js and served via Cloudinary assets; full 3D glTF sculptures (David) and images (Mona Lisa, Starry Night) load as augmented overlays tied to QR/marker patterns. Large files get trimmed: images from 1.8MB to ~93KB, glTF from ~26MB to ~3MB using gltf with Draco compression, and the demo page drops to 11 requests 600KB. Marker-based AR works on smartphones today and WebXR surface anchors are arriving soon.
