Demonstrates a 76-line C# Cake build script that runs cross-platform: dotnet core restore then dotnet core build, runs 25 tests (all pass), reads version via XPath, runs dotnet core publish into a publish folder, zips the output and uploads it to Azure using curl against the zip deploy endpoint (with --fail) with credentials read from environment variables. The same script runs locally on macOS, on a Linux CI agent (TeamCity) and successfully deploys the ASP.NET Core app to Azure.
