Shows how to build a Java FHIR app by using the HAPI FHIR model parser client to map a CSV of CDC lab results into FHIR Patients and Observations, spin up an in-memory server at localhost:8000, and upload resources with the fluent client. Demonstrates CSV -> Patient+Observation mapping (example uses NHANES rows reattributed to Simpson characters), creates many patients and observations, and runs successfully. Notes supported FHIR versions (DSTU2, R3, R4, R5 drafts) and HAPI versioning details.
