A tilt-driven gesture keyboard called writing in motion (swim) maps device angles (position control) through the gyroscope, smooths the pointer with a 1‑euro filter, injects touch events into any keyboard (e.g., Google keyboard) and traces whole-word gestures so one gesture yields one word. A 12‑participant lab study shows novice users at ~15 wpm, slower than one‑thumb and shape writing at first, and a pilot longitudinal user reaches 32 wpm after ~90 minutes of practice; works on phones, watches and VR controllers.
