summary
Creates an Azure App Service as a foundation, then adds an Azure Storage account and a blob container and uploads files to prove the treasury lives in cloud storage; calls out blob/file/queue/table options and extremely low archival pricing. Uses deployment slots and GitHub Actions for CI/CD so staging can be swapped to production instantly. Trains a Custom Vision model (34 labelled images), sees ~62% training precision then single-image tests hitting ~99% confidence, and exports models to run on the edge (llama cam example).
