" summary

A traditional Welcome to Country opens with clapsticks and a short ceremony invoking ancestral spirits to provide physical and spiritual protection, asking visitors to respect the land and be kind to others. The schedule outlines four mini‑confs, daily keynotes, streamed stages named for First Nations greetings, live captioning, sponsor and volunteer credits, code of conduct enforcement, contact channels for help, timezone (UTC+11) operation, and virtual door‑prize draws with short claim windows.
