Reflections of a Dreamer. Spatial Enterprise Architecture Templates SEAT
summary
Argues for a practical set of Spatial Enterprise Architecture Template recipes that specify exact versions, integration steps and test cases to assemble an enterprise GIS from components like GeoServer + PostGIS + qGIS or SQL Server + GeoServer + qGIS, including Docker images and orchestration. Shows a working company platform that embeds a BPMN engine to run validated business processes across multiple databases, reports partial success in deployments at councils, and calls for shared, versioned templates and certification.
