Built a centralized CI observability system that ties 15+ repos into one channel using GitHub Actions reusable workflows, a single central repo for the workflow, and a single Slack webhook so changes propagate without editing each repo. Alerts post instantly when main builds fail, including job names and links, cutting manual tab-checking and enabling rapid fixes; maintenance is one workflow to update for all repos and the approach scales to dozens more with zero per-repo setup. Future work adds AI for root-cause hints.
