An offline map server running on a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W serves Germany-wide OpenStreetMap vector tiles (4.2 GB PBF → MBTiles) via FastAPI + MBTiles to a local Wi‑Fi hotspot, renders with LeafletJS and supports UTM coords, drawing and exports. Place/street extraction uses PyOsmium into SQLite, a 30 MB GeoJSON is queried by a custom Rust PyO3 module for speed, and LoRaWAN tests show ~400 m in dense areas and >2 km line‑of‑sight — prototype works in live bomb‑evacuation demos.
