Official Conference Opening
summary
Conference opens by declaring this DevFest the largest Ukraine GDG gathering with 900 people in the room and a concrete lineup: student VR demos, cloud and ML examples, and partner programs like Google Launchpad and sponsored Udacity scholarships. Claims include rapid tech shift from Win32 to AI/ML/VR, community-backed learning that could tackle 5,000 APIs faster than individuals, and nearby Google events (I/O Extended, DevDays Krakow) offering direct engineer access and mentorship for startups.
