summary

Host introduces a lightning track of CNCF projects with five-minute lightning talks and points to a GitHub link for Alaris, an AI operating system that aims to bring cloud-plus-datacenter capabilities to personal use. The first project rebuilt its internals into a modular plugin system that deliberately decouples core from any single database operator, so the community controls feature direction and operators can be swapped without core changes.
