Tactical whimsey injection
summary
Kept a spreadsheet of consultants' travel preferences and added a "loll" column for gift triggers so sending baby bat pictures to someone stuck in Texas raises morale. Condenses status updates to a single-line summary linking to JIRA/Confluence and embeds emoji or image links so updates actually get read and then get copied elsewhere. Appends a cheerful image to vendor support tickets and sees faster, friendlier responses. Uses emergency bubbles and a short walk to neutralize fight-or-flight before replying to heated emails.
