on YouTube ↗14m

" summary

Opening remarks note the seventh edition in Lugano with institutional and city support and a return to in‑person format while keeping COVID controls. Organizers run a single-track format to limit movement, require green pass at entrance, use testing and distancing, and ran a workshop with one hundred attendees online during 2020 closures. The city highlights a Lugano living‑lab, AI initiatives, and a new municipal blockchain pilot; sponsors, volunteers, Wi‑Fi costs and LED lighting are credited for making the event possible.
