A small recommendation engine uses Spring Data Neo4j 4 and Spring Boot to import Meetup.com data via Meetup API via Spring Social, storing Groups, Members, Events, Topics and Venues as nodes and MEMBER_OF / HOSTS / INTERESTED_IN relationships. Recommendations run as Cypher MATCH queries that return group name, aggregated topic list and a score (common-topic count), limited to 10; repository @Query maps results to DTOs. Neo4j OGM, Bolt/HTTP transport and relationship entities for ratings are used, and the demo claims up to 4 million traversals/sec.
