Lightning Talk: Prometheus Bug Scrub
summary
Prometheus has 221 open pull requests and 522 open issues; a weekly Tuesday bug scrub appears on the Prometheus.io calendar where a volunteer shares a screen, the group steps through items, and triages based on last activity. Low-attention issues get a consensus comment like hello from the box, maintainers get pinged, some PRs are approved and merged, and larger problems are escalated to the death summit. Typical attendance is three to four people; more volunteers speed the process.
