" summary

Argues DevOps needs rebuilding and demonstrates System Initiative: a digital twin simulation for infrastructure that runs live qualifications, models changes as a hypergraph of functions, and executes functions inside Firecracker VMs. Shows LocalStack demo creating and applying AWS key pairs from the simulation, live credential checks, and real‑time, multiplayer editing (two browsers collaborating). Calls out pain points — a 1,170‑comment Terraform PR, export/import failures, and tool sprawl — and offers a free download to try the system.
