Taking the web native with Tauri

Tauri packages single-page apps into native binaries using a Rust backend and native webviews, with V1 shipping macOS/Windows/Linux and V2 adding Android/iOS; example app scans node_modules and produces 2–3 MB Linux binaries. Debugging happens via a custom devtools that connects to the app, typesafe Rust-to-TS calls are generated with tauri-specta, and release size drops with cargo tweaks like panic=abort, LTO, opt-level=s and strip. CI uses a GitHub Action for signing and publishing and a reusable Quantum template wires HMR and distribution.
