Qibocal is an open-source Qibo-based toolkit that performs platform-agnostic calibration, characterization and verification for superconducting qubits by composing instrument drivers, a chip platform model and pulse objects. Protocols run from a YAML rank card or Python API, with an acquisition/fit split that sends pulse sequences to hardware, fits models (T1/T2, tomography, crosstalk, leakage) and updates device parameters. The package includes benchmarking of driver latencies, a monitoring-triggered auto-calibration flow and automatic HTML report generation with plots and tables.
