summary
Built a local developer directory and events site krazydev.it and turns a year‑and‑a‑half project into the region’s first big conference, with 64 CFPs leading to 10 chosen sessions and 13 speakers, backed by 5 sponsors and 6 partners and attended by 142 people. Notes schedule changes: one speaker replaced and Heather Van Cura’s final 20 minutes is merged into Simone Bourdate’s slot. Practical rules: masks required, Wi‑Fi on your badge, rate talks via app or QR in the program, and play the sponsor sticker game for a reward.
