summary

Claims a searchable aggregator that pulls open GitHub issues across the whole Substrate/Polkadot ecosystem (Electric Capital found ~25,000 active repos), surfaces good first issues and curator-tagged Kudos issues, and links issues to on‑chain incentives via smart contracts and a planned ecosystem tipbot. The alpha web app already demos aggregated issue feeds, filters by language/interest, and a prototype smart‑contract bounty flow (hackathon winner) lets maintainers attach token/NFT rewards. Roadmap adds milestones, contributor profiles, notifications and a community wish list.
