Welcome & Opening Remarks
summary
Conference opens noting three or four talks canceled due to visa, travel budget, and illness, but the schedule still has focused technical sessions and this afternoon's bird of a feather slots for informal topics and lightning talks. A hackathon session tomorrow offers an informal developer session between break and lunch, location flexible, for designing patches, fixing bugs, or pairing (code generators unnamed may be used). An SELinux BOF often runs for quick community syncs.
