Live demo builds a small app with webpack plus Babel, ESLint, LESS and webpack-dev-server, showing hot module replacement that preserves component state and updates CSS, images and fonts without full reload. React + Redux example runs with test watcher that re-runs only tests affected by changed modules. Notes: image loader inlines inline images under 5KB (larger assets are emitted separately), Ember loaders are immature and Angular 2 starter can be flaky. Use npm scripts to hide complexity.
