Beginner's Workshop: What to Expect
summary
Covers the ETHGlobal Cannes logistics and the hacker dashboard with concrete rules: roughly 800 attendees, over $150,000 in prizes, packs and a testnet faucet (hacker pack gives 0.05 ETH/day). Projects must start from scratch with a proper Git commit history and submit by Sunday 9:00 AM sharp; staking is slashed for missed submissions. Partner prizes allow selecting up to three sponsors; the top‑10 finalist track requires a 2–4 minute demo video and live judging. Prizes pay out in USDC on Ethereum mainnet.
