summary

Orientation lists concrete logistics and practices: meals in Grand Ballrooms 1 and 2, a quiet room (meeting room 2) and a lactation/wellness room (meeting room 1), talks recorded and hallway networking in the U‑shaped corridor, Slack for online interaction, and a published code of conduct. It names a self-care Sprint as required budgeting, gives lightning talks: five minutes and a signup sheet, and schedules contribution sprints — Thursday and Friday for code, docs, and governance work.
