Welcome and MC Intros
summary
Conference shifts to a one-day format on the hop-in platform, trading the Cyclorama for virtual rooms and a single track so every session runs on the main stage. Sessions consist of 10 20 minute talks followed by 15 minute moderated Q&A, with breakout rooms appearing after each talk for deeper discussion. Code of conduct, help desk, sponsor booths with giveaways, and a note that net ticket sales go to charity are all stated upfront.
