" summary

CloudBees announces concrete work: five projects—Pipelines (four years of iteration), Blue Ocean UI, Evergreen (self-upgrading distribution aiming for five‑minute onboarding), configuration as code (1.2 release enabling YAML-described Jenkins state), and cloud‑native Jenkins (artifact and logs to S3, Kubernetes execution). Claims include automatic upgrades, reproducible rollback, scalable HA on Kubernetes, and a Jenkins X opinionated CI/CD path. Demos and plugins exist and some features are already live; version numbers and deployment targets are specified.
