⚡ Lightning Talk: Interoperable CD for Telecom: Paving the Way to Seamless Cloud-Native Integration
Lightningat Cloud Native Telco Day North America 2023 · on Monday, 2023-11-06· at 17:05· W193ab, McCormick Place·
summary
Telco vendors deliver disaggregated CNFs with their own CI/CD pipelines, causing operators to build brittle, costly glue. The Continuous Delivery Foundation launches CDEvents v0.3 as a common event schema and common event data model to let build, registry, and pipeline tools exchange lifecycle signals; adopters and contributors already integrate the spec to automate vendor-to-operator handoffs, which reduces integration risk and speeds multi-vendor delivery.
