" summary

Welcome to a full afternoon of cloud native telco sessions sponsored by Linux Foundation Networking and Control Plane; captioning is available via QR code and refreshments plus a party at entrance S5 level one are confirmed. Organizers frame the transition as a marathon, list concrete challenges — skills gap, operational complexity, massively distributed infra from core to edge — and argue that CNF doesn't stand for container but for true cloud native network functions and infrastructure, driven by open source and converging with AI workloads.
