summary
Welcome and logistics, reminder of the CNCF code of conduct, Slack channel and recording links, and a clear claim: Kubernetes is harder in Telco and CNFs harder still because networking and operations make running them the hard part. Cultural collisions (ITIL versus DevOps/SRE), a concrete upgrade lag to Kubernetes 1.25 and the Pod Security Policies deprecation, and an industry shift from pre-integration to continuous certification are highlighted; agenda: three lightning talks, four operator case reports, a panel on the Silver project and a community gathering.
