PARSEC: A New Platform Abstraction for Security

PARSEC is an open source platform abstraction (donated to the CNCF) that exposes the PSA crypto API as a microservice: a Rust service speaking protobuf over a wire protocol (currently Unix domain sockets) with client libraries (working Rust and C, Go skeleton) and back-ends for TPM via TSS, HSMs via PKCS#11 and a software PSA backend. It already performs asymmetric signing on all back-ends, enforces key partitioning for multi-tenancy but lacks a built-in identity provider and is Linux-only with manual systemd installation.
