summary
Stratos is revived as an open source fork now at version 4.8.1 after the project was unarchived, with maintainers reduced CVEs from hundreds to nearly zero and a large PR from AnyNines; the immediate work is upgrading Angular and upgrading to Cloud Foundry API v3 rather than adding features. Builds move to a Concourse pipeline that currently mismatches tag-before/tag-after semantics, there are targeted performance and scale fixes, and Helm/Kubernetes support remains out of scope but welcome as PRs.
