Intuit monitors ~320 clusters with roughly 13,000 Argo Rollout objects across ~4,000 repos and uses the Notification Engine to emit real‑time events (added, deleted, started, aborted, completed, promoted). Each trigger sends the whole rollout manifest to a centralized webhook receiver, which writes into central logging and pushes precomputed metrics to Prometheus. Queries over those stored manifests produce usage dashboards (traffic strategy, steps, pause times, abort reasons). Planned additions include message queueing for reliability and capturing runtime analysis values for richer RCA.
