Sponsored Keynote: Argo Project: The Cloud Native Key Ingredient
Talkat ArgoCon Europe 2023 · on Tuesday, 2023-04-18· at 09:30· Elicium Building | Elicium Ballroom 1·
summary
Argo presents itself as a core cloud‑native ingredient with concrete milestones: graduated in 2022, contributor count rising from a two‑person project to multiple SIGs and a weekly contributors meeting, and only seven people so far awarded via an Acuity peer program. Akuity ships a hosted product (Acuity Platform) built on managed Argo CD and announces a free Argo creators Academy course (intro to GitOps and Argo CD). A new open‑source tool called cargo automates promotion across environments and is already used internally to build the platform.
