CSS Paint API allows you to programmatically generate an image for any CSS property that can use pictures. As the part of the Houdini project, it gives you access to CSS engine internals. With few lines of JavaScript, you could create and register own CSS functions similar to linear-gradient. Why is this feature so cool?
