As was the word "cloud" a few years ago, "chatbot" is becoming one of the most trending topic in the tech industry. But even if most have heard of it, few really know what hides behind this term. My first goal through this talk will be to demystify the world of chatbots. Then, I will guide you through the implementation of a chatbot by sharing the mistakes and pitfalls we came across while creating our own.
