Welcome + Opening Remarks
summary
Event opens with brief housekeeping: a Microsoft Azure sponsor thank‑you, a reminder the conference follows the CNCF code of conduct and instructions for filing reports, and availability of captioning and translation via QR code (projector hiccup briefly hides it). Logistics note coffee, snacks, lunch just finished and a post‑event happy hour. Schedule snapshot highlights concrete sessions like AI in service mesh, multicluster autoscaling, and zero‑downtime migrations.
