Welcome
summary
Short welcome and program highlights: an immediate keynote on ultrabike effects (GitHub) and tomorrow a keynote from the Haskell Foundation about what’s next for Haskell. Today 4:00–5:30 is a lightning session devoted to ongoing GHC proposals with a discussion afterwards; tomorrow’s final session is a free‑for‑all for demos and small group discussions. Signups use a Google spreadsheet linked in the event page and on the symposium main page.
