This Website Is under Construction, a Love Letter to the Personal Website

on YouTube ↗38m

" summary

A call to revive personal websites using modern browser APIs and tools to create accessible, performant, and playful sites rather than social-media-like clones. It contrasts nostalgic, link-driven web practices (webrings, Geocities-style creativity) with today’s capabilities and argues for building intentional personal platforms and small, joy-driven projects.
